Christina Najjar is a Biochemistry and Molecular Biology dual major with a minor in Art History. She has always been passionate about combining the arts with science and being a medical journalist has allowed her to fulfill that dream. Additionally, this love of writing has resulted in honors such as a nomination for the University of Georgia’s Moran Award. She enjoys volunteering her time with children as a local Younglife leader and as a certified tutor for Chegg. Other interests include animal rights activism, biochemical research, running, and oil painting. Her ultimate goal in life is to one day be an influential cardiothoracic surgeon.
